Manage company identity and language
Company administrators manage their own workspace settings.
Company details
- Open Company.
- Review the company name, contact name, contact email, phone and address.
- Upload the company logo, choose the main colour, language and time zone, then save.
Language and dates
The company language is used after sign-in and by this help centre. Available languages are English, French, Spanish, German and Portuguese. The selected time zone is used to display dates and calculate point periods.
Before sign-in, the language follows a saved choice or a supported browser language, with English as fallback.
Feed visibility
In the same page, choose whether to enable the feed, recognitions, point amounts and birthdays. Birthday posts also require the employee’s agreement in their profile.
Changing the company contact email does not change an administrator’s sign-in address.
