About this service
appyJunto is provided by appyRewards Inc. for workplace recognition, employee groups, points and team games. These terms apply to company administrators and invited employees. You must be authorized to act for your company. This is a professional service, not a service directed at children.
Accounts and company responsibilities
Keep your email account and authentication codes secure. Administrators manage memberships, company rules and access. Your company is responsible for having an appropriate basis to share employee information, messages and photos, and for explaining its recognition rules to participants. Do not submit unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, manipulate votes or access another company’s data.
Free access and subscriptions
The free plan includes up to five non-archived employee records, including administrators, drafts and invitations. Archiving releases a place without erasing history. Paid plans provide the capacity shown in the offer. Online paid subscriptions are not yet available in this release. When available, the order will state the price, currency, taxes, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms before payment. No paid subscription starts simply by creating a free account.
Plan changes and cancellation
Any separately agreed manual plan follows its written commercial terms. When an entitlement expires, the free limit applies; existing use remains available while new employee creation and restoration are blocked if capacity is exceeded. Contact our team for plan changes, cancellation or a refund request. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Points, gift credit and fees
Employee points are internal recognition units, not money, a financial deposit or a promise of cash redemption. Company gift credit is separate from these points and from subscription fees. Direct top-ups and the gift-card catalog are planned but not yet available. The announced top-up convenience fee is 5% and includes payment processing. Gift cards will be purchased at face value without an additional card markup. The amount credited, fees, any applicable taxes and total payment must be shown before purchase. Unused credit and refund conditions will be disclosed before funding opens; no recharge can be made in this release.
Gift delivery and issuer terms
appyJunto is responsible for delivering gifts ordered through its future integrated catalog and assisting with delivery problems. The issuing brand’s terms govern redemption, eligible products, territory and card validity. appyJunto does not operate the brand’s stores and cannot control their acceptance or performance. This does not remove our responsibility for our own delivery obligations or any non-excludable legal rights. For gift links manually supplied by your company today, your administrator arranges the gift and its availability.
Availability, content and third parties
We may maintain, improve or temporarily suspend features for security or operational reasons. We do not promise that planned features or integrations are currently available. You retain rights to your content and allow its processing and display as needed to provide the service to your company. Roby is an AI assistant and can make mistakes; its replies are not binding commercial, legal or tax advice. External services have their own terms.

The version accepted at registration is recorded. These terms do not exclude mandatory legal protections or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
