Open Games > Photo Challenge and choose a campaign. You must be enrolled. Company administrators can review campaigns without automatically becoming participants.

My participation

Choose a photo, add a caption, confirm permission to share it and submit. Wait for the confirmation before leaving. Confetti celebrates receipt, not approval. Your original file is not stored; the module keeps an optimized JPEG and a thumbnail. If HEIC cannot be read, use a JPEG copy.

My participation shows your current photo and its status. You can replace it before submissions close; a replacement requires a new approval when moderation is enabled. Rejected photos show the administrator’s reason. Only approved photos appear to other participants.

Choose your favourite

Choose one favourite. You can change your choice until voting closes. You cannot vote for your own photo.

Votes are free and do not use or create wallet points. Vote counts are hidden, including from administrators, until closure. Archived employees cannot win; their votes do not count at finalization.

Prizes worth a smile

One photo and one vote per employee. No self-voting. Change your vote until the deadline. Only approved photos with positive votes can win. Ties use a recorded automatic draw. Votes are not wallet points.

The scheduled job freezes results after the voting deadline. Point prizes use the company expiration rules and appear in My points with their campaign origin. Gift links are private. Pausing keeps dates unchanged; resume to process a missed deadline.
