Accept an invitation and sign in
Email codes and, when required, an Authenticator app protect your account.
Your first visit
- Open the invitation sent by your company and use its invitation button.
- Accept the invitation, then follow the sign-in steps shown. Use the same email address that received the invitation.
Sign in afterwards
- Enter your email address on the sign-in page and request a code.
- Read the latest sign-in email and enter its six-digit code. You do not create a password.
- If your company requires Authenticator, enter the code from your authentication app as well. On first setup, add the displayed key to a time-based account in your app and enter the generated code.
If you cannot get in
Check your spam folder, the email address and the latest code. Email delivery may take a little time. Request a fresh code if the previous one has expired.
For an expired invitation, ask your administrator for a new one. If you have lost access to your authentication app, contact your administrator.
The email code and the Authenticator code are different. Never share either code or the setup key.
