Understand your two point balances
Points to give and earned points have different purposes.
Points to give
This allowance is provided by your company so you can thank colleagues. It cannot be used to choose a reward. Unused points expire at the end of the allocation period.
Earned points
These are points received from colleagues or awarded by an available game. They can be used for rewards when the company enables exchanges. They do not replenish your points-to-give allowance.
Read your balance
Open My points to see available points, reservations, individual batches and history. A batch groups points received together with the same expiration date.
Reserved points are temporarily unavailable while a reward is being processed. The lifetime total is a historical figure, not the amount you can spend.
Example: giving 20 points reduces your giving allowance by 20. It does not reduce the points you previously earned.
Readable dates
Dates use the company’s time zone and language, with hours and minutes but no seconds. Stored timestamps and exports retain full precision for reconciliation.
