Use earned points for a reward
appyReward provides the reward selection and delivery when exchanges are enabled.
Choose a reward
- Open My points and select Treat myself if the button is available.
- Continue to the appyReward campaign and choose an eligible reward.
- Follow the order instructions, then check appyReward exchanges for the exchange status.
Conversion and reservation
The company sets the currency and conversion rate. At 100 points per €1, a €20 reward uses 2,000 points. Points are reserved after the reward choice and consumed after confirmed delivery.
Creating an exchange alone does not spend your entire balance. Available batches with the earliest expiration dates are used first.
Follow a pending exchange
CREATED means the exchange was started; RESERVED means points are held; CONSUMED means the debit was confirmed. CANCELLED, FAILED or EXPIRED indicate an exchange that did not complete normally.
If an order fails, the reservation is released after the failure is confirmed. If the status stays pending, contact your administrator with the exchange reference. appyReward handles the catalogue and reward delivery; appyJunto does not display its own gift catalogue.
