Understand expiration dates
Each batch of earned points has its own validity period.
Two different clocks
Points to give expire at the end of their allocation period. Earned points expire after the validity period set by your company, measured from each receipt.
A validity of one month does not mean all earned balances reset on the first day of every month. For example, points received on 10 May and 22 May expire separately on 10 June and 22 June, at the corresponding time.
Which points are used first?
The system automatically uses available points that expire soonest. You do not need to choose a batch. Open My points to see each batch’s actual expiration date.
Expired points are no longer available. Changes to company rules apply to future allocations and receipts; they do not rewrite the expiry dates of points already issued.
Reservations and expiration
If an exchange is cancelled, the reservation is released. Points that have not expired become available again; a cancellation does not extend their original validity. Check the exchange history if points remain reserved.
