Create and moderate a Photo Challenge
Set up the schedule, audience, moderation and rewards.
Create a photo challenge
Save a draft, review all dates, rules and prizes, then publish. Enable moderation to validate photos. Photos and votes remain inside the game, never in the news feed. The gallery is restricted to participants and authorized company administrators.
Photos first, votes second. Leave time between submission and voting for the last moderation checks.
Review photos
Open Review photos. Approve or reject each entry before voting opens. Explain every rejection. A replacement invalidates earlier approval. No new approvals are allowed during voting; removing an unsuitable photo remains possible until closure and is recorded. Completed results cannot be edited.
Prizes worth a smile
A campaign has a maximum of 1–10 winners; photos with no votes cannot win. Prize points are budgeted for every configured place. No participant is debited for voting. Ties use one persisted automatic draw, with no redraw on retries.
After publication, add a separate HTTPS gift link per place. Saved links cannot be edited or reused. A missing link can be added after results are final; only its winner and authorized administrators can open it.
The scheduled job freezes results after the voting deadline. Point prizes use the company expiration rules and appear in My points with their campaign origin. Gift links are private. Pausing keeps dates unchanged; resume to process a missed deadline.
Who is joining?
Use Add participants to select employees or groups, review the addition and confirm it. Adding someone during voting lets them vote but does not reopen photo submissions. Group membership changes never enroll people automatically.
Your photo is automatically resized and compressed. JPEG, PNG or supported WebP. Originals are not kept.
Choose a photo, add a caption, confirm permission to share it and submit. Wait for the confirmation before leaving. Confetti celebrates receipt, not approval. Your original file is not stored; the module keeps an optimized JPEG and a thumbnail. If HEIC cannot be read, use a JPEG copy.
