Define point rules and reward conversion
Set common company rules before employees start using points.
Points-to-give allowance
In Point rules, enable or disable giving, set the allowance and the allocation period in months. Choose a reference date on the first day of a month. Decide how new arrivals are treated: full allowance, prorated allowance or next period.
Set the minimum and maximum per transfer, the limit that one sender can give to the same recipient during a period, and whether a message is required.
Earned-point validity
Choose the validity in months after each receipt and the reminder lead time. Existing batches retain their recorded expiration dates. Updating the rules does not reset all balances.
Use the actual dates and movements in Point ledger to investigate an individual balance.
Reward exchanges
Enable exchanges only after preparing the appyReward campaign. Select EUR or USD, enter the number of points per currency unit and the campaign reference. Check the conversion example before saving.
The gifts and their delivery are configured in appyReward. Changing a rate does not rewrite the rate already recorded for an existing exchange.
