Create and manage Quiz campaigns
Configure questions, participants and fully funded rewards, then publish and follow results.
Prepare a draft
Open Games > Quiz > Create a Quiz. Enter a title, description and dates in the company time zone. Choose a cover from the shared gallery; image uploads are managed by the platform administrator.
Choose all active employees, selected groups or selected employees. Questions use a single correct answer, at least two distinct choices and an optional explanation. Question text is not translated automatically.
Set timing and rewards
Choose no timer, one total timer or one timer per question. Immediate correction is suitable for learning; correction after campaign closure limits sharing of answers during a competition.
Participation, minimum score and leaderboard rewards are cumulative when enabled. The preview estimates the maximum promised points. The server checks the actual audience and budget at publication. Unused budget is not taken from personal balances.
Publish and preserve fairness
Publishing locks questions, rewards and dates and records the initial participants. To change questions or rules, duplicate the campaign. Participants can be added explicitly before the end date as described below.
The preview and configuration screen never create a scored participation. An administrator must also be included in the participant list to play.
Add participants after publication
Open Games > Quiz, open the campaign and choose Add participants. Select active employees, one or more groups, or all active employees. This works for an existing team as well as new hires. The campaign must be published and its end date must not have passed; paused campaigns can also receive additions.
Review the named participants, existing enrollments and total budget. People already enrolled and members of overlapping groups are not added twice. If the budget is insufficient, the review shows the required increase; it only takes effect when you confirm the participants and that budget.
The addition is recorded with its administrator, date, groups, employees and budget before and after. Existing attempts, results and point movements remain unchanged. Questions, reward rules and the end date stay the same, including for late arrivals.
Only active employees are included. Invitation acceptance and later group membership do not enroll anyone automatically: repeat Add participants when needed. Group changes never remove previously enrolled participants. If the reviewed selection or budget changes before confirmation, review it again.
Track closure and history
Participation and score rewards follow completed attempts; leaderboard prizes follow automatic closure. Exact ties pool the prizes for the occupied places and split them equally, rounded down. The remainder stays unused.
The campaign shows the reward rule, attempt, score and points operation for each gain. The company-wide validity starts at actual award. Pending rights remain recorded if an employee is deactivated.
Suspend and share
Suspension blocks participation and pending payouts without deleting history. Reactivating the module does not resume campaigns automatically. Timers and campaign end dates continue during suspension.
Feed posts and email notifications are optional. Company feed settings take priority. Administrator help and campaign management remain restricted to administrators.
