Follow points, invitations and exchanges

Use the right history to answer an employee’s question.

Point history

Open Point ledger. Filter by employee, group, dates, point wallet, operation or batch to find the movements involved. Export the filtered history when you need to review it outside the application.

Each receipt, use, reservation and expiration remains traceable. Available points, reserved points and lifetime totals answer different questions; compare the same measure and time period.

Emails and invitations

Employees shows invitation status. Email delivery shows the latest emails and their delivery progress; open an entry to inspect its attempts and events.

A queued email has not necessarily been sent. Acceptance by the sending service does not guarantee delivery to the inbox. Check the recipient address and spam folder before sending a new invitation.

Exchanges and administrative changes

Use appyReward exchanges to find an exchange reference, its status and the point batches reserved for it. Contact support with that reference if an order remains unresolved.

Administration log records administrative changes and their author. Hiding a feed post does not erase the underlying point movements.

Trace collective sends

Collective sends have a shared reference and individual recipient operations. The names recorded at sending remain available even if a group is later renamed or its membership changes. Archiving affects future sends, not historical points.

Readable dates

Dates use the company’s time zone and language, with hours and minutes but no seconds. Stored timestamps and exports retain full precision for reconciliation.
