Create and manage Podium campaigns
Configure recurring rankings, participants and rewards.
Create a Podium
Choose a title, description, cover image, frequency, point sources, audience and 1–10 prize places. Save a draft and review it before publishing. Each campaign has its own audience, periods and rewards, even when frequencies overlap.
Rules are fixed after publication. Duplicate the campaign to change its rules. You can run several independent campaigns at the same time.
Frequency
Weeks run Monday–Sunday. Months follow the calendar; quarters are January–March, April–June, July–September and October–December; half-years are January–June and July–December; years are January–December. Boundaries use the company timezone saved with the campaign.
Starts in the current calendar period, in the company time zone. Points count from that period's beginning, even when you publish later.
At each boundary, the scheduled job closes the period, saves final results and opens the next period. Earned-point prizes follow company expiration rules and appear in My points. Only active participants can win. Closed results are never recalculated.
Points to count
Only paid earned points from these sources count. Spending, expiration and pending rewards do not change the score. Podium prizes are excluded to prevent circular scoring.
Participants
Open Manage campaign > Add participants to select employees or groups, review the exact additions and confirm. No new members are enrolled automatically. The fixed per-period prize budget is unchanged.
The maximum prize budget per period stays unchanged. New participants count from this period's beginning; closed periods remain final.
Rewards
Only positive scores can win. The winner count is a maximum. Ties are resolved by a recorded automatic draw at closure; retries never redraw winners.
For each period, enter one HTTPS gift link per place. Check it carefully: saved links cannot be edited or reused. Only administrators and the assigned winner can open a gift. A missing link displays “Reward being prepared”; adding it later makes the gift available without changing the winner.
Stop this campaign
Stopping renewal keeps the current period running. Immediate closure freezes today's ranking, awards the configured prizes and ends the campaign. This cannot be undone.
Suspended campaigns retain their data and pending awards. Resume a campaign to process overdue periods. Disabling a module does not erase history or resume campaigns when re-enabled.
